On vinyl, here's a reissue of the second album by Italian project UNDERGROUND SET, which basically was the band Nuova Idea recording under a different name. This sophomore offering, originally issued in 1971, is definitely heavier and more rockin' than the late '60s debut, which was a typical product of the psychedelic era. Featuring fuzz guitar, organ/mellotron and pounding drums, this riff dominated instrumental set at times reminds of Black Sabbath and displays a style that -decades later- would become known as stoner rock. This reissue comes in a hard cardboard cover with a laminated front and matte back. A download for the full album plus six rare songs from 7-inches (1970-'71) is included.
