Labeled a '' Baroque Rock'' band, the Left Banke's output is recommended to all fans of 60's pop, garage or beat, and has created legions of fans since its release. Full of beautiful vocal harmonies, incredible songwriting and very, very catchy melodies, this first Left Banke album was, allegedly, the most expensive record produced at that time. Created in New York by Michael Brown, son of a respected musician, the Left Banke based their sound in their vocals and some cleverly used orchestration and studio techniques, resulting in their unique sound.
