Troyka was a Canadian psychedelic rock and hard rock band from Edmonton, Alberta, active in the late 1960s and early 1970s.

They were known for their mix of hard rock, blues, and psychedelic elements, incorporating Eastern European and Slavic folk influences into their sound. Their music had a raw, heavy, and experimental feel, often compared to early Cream, Blue Cheer, and Jimi Hendrix.

Troyka was the band’s only studio album, featuring a mix of fuzzy, distorted guitars, heavy drumming, and offbeat rhythms. The album has a dark, mysterious vibe with occasional Slavic folk influences, setting it apart from other hard rock albums of the time. It was released in the U.S. but remained a cult classic, particularly among collectors of obscure psychedelic and proto-metal records.
