Something of a Holy Grail for Hendrix fans - the legendary and previously unreleased performance of both the early and late shows by Jimi Hendrix recorded at Haleakala Crater, Maui, Hawaii on July 30th 1970. The film of "Rainbow Bridge" only featured a small amount of live footage and the 1970s soundtrack featured no material from the concert at all. It's Hendrix on top form and Billy Cox on bass and Mitch Mitchell on drums both do themselves justice.
