Vita Nova from Munich was a band that played never live but only in the studios. They released their only album in 1971 for Life Records in Austria. The band rented the well-known Union Studios in Munich for some days, so they could play what they liked to play without any group or success duress. They were far ahead of their time; one played progressive own compositions, which were really something new. The sound became quiet individuell by the use of a Hohner Clavinet, which is a kind of electric harpsichord. The lyrics were something completely new as well - they were in Latin language.
