LPCDreissues: Looking forward to the past

A vinyl reissue of the excellent sophomore album by this fuzz drenched, organ driven psych band from Rhode Island, originally released by Mainstream Records in 1968. Both albums by Tangerine Zoo (this one and the s/t debut, also from 1968) are highly regarded by fans of serious psychedelic rock. Guitar and bass player Tony Tavares, who'd reach international stardom in the '70s with, indeed, the vocal soul-pop outfit bearing his family name, had left the band shortly before the recording of this album.
