A unique combination of Who-style mod songwriting & a heavy, burbling psych guitar tone that fit right in at the Marquee or the Middle Earth, opening for Pink Floyd or the Small Faces. The band was plagued with management problems (their manager was a mafioso who once had them make a promo film and then sold it to be choped into a porn flick without telling them), so they never had a chance to capitalize on their lp. Includes both sides of their single (which the original lp did not, leaving off their best song, 'Magic Potion').
